We partner with fishermen who adhere to rigorous sustainability practices. Our tuna is line-caught and sushi-grade.

Our produce is always fresh. We follow the guidance of the Environmental Working Group and source only organic for fruit and vegetables on their “Dirty Dozen list.”

We use only direct trade or fair trade coffee and teas. All of our beverages are free of high fructose corn syrup.
